Grace meets Grandma

On the day Grace was adopted, and every weekend since, Grace has visited her grandmother in England via Skype. However, we thought it was time for a face to face and made the trip to grandma's house this month. Other than discovering that Grace does not require sleep and therefore neither should we, it was a great time with family and we took in some attractions like the Chester Zoo and wandered around Liverpool visiting the newly developed riverfront and some of the Beatles old haunts. The cool rainy weather was a bit of a treat given the 38 degree temps and thunderstorms at home, and now that we've all recovered from the jet lag and Grace is back in her own room, I would consider another such voyage in the near future...maybe.
