All Natural Cure For Frozen Shoulder
Following my escapades with the snow blower this winter, I developed a frozen shoulder. Tony has had the same problem in the past and despite physio, steroid injections, acupuncture and other attemps to fix the friggin thing, it just has to run its 3 year course. Or so I thought.
This week I cured my frozen shoulder, and I now have two fully functioning arms which comes in handy at my house. For those of you who are curious about my miraculos recovery, I will recount the steps to success.
1) Take 2 Advil
2) Load stroller with camera equipment, bags of snacks, extra kids clothing and stuffed penguins. Apply right hand firmly to stroller handle. If you don`t have a stroller, a 6 year old will do.
3) Attach 2 year old enthusiastic family member to left hand (sore arm).
4) Walk 30 miles through Sea World, Majic Kingdom, Sea World, Animal Kingdom while remaining attached to child and stroller. More effective stretching of the affected arm occurs at nap time, tantrum time or when passing an ice cream stand.
5) Improve the effectiveness of the method by increasing the consequences for failure...if you let go of 2 year old, she gets to swim with the dolphins. Letting go of the stroller means that we both get wet. Hmmm.
6) At the end of the exercise, down 2 more Advil with red wine. Drag suitcases, 2 year old, 6 year old and stroller to the airport. Kiss clerk at Spirit Airlines. Fly home feeling like a new woman.
