Lily's Birthday Party and the Peking Duck Dinner

Lil's birthday conveniently landed on the same day as the Peking Duck Dinner.  So we ordered birthday cakes for desert and made a real party of it.  The food was beyond delicious, although I did encounter a few hot peppers that required a few quick gulps of red wine - for the cooling as well as anesthetic properties - and all seemed to have a great time.
